Celebrating Milestones: 30 Years of Excellence

We're proud to celebrate a remarkable milestone: Ashley Ciolek, our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, has completed 30 years with us. Starting as an intern in 1993, Ashley's journey is marked by her dedication and growth, highlighted by her achievement as an Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) and a Risk Management Specialist—prestigious distinctions in our industry.

Ashley's deep knowledge and leadership, both in compliance and as Chief Operating Officer, have been invaluable to our team and clients. Ashley lives in Freeland. In addition to spending time with her family and friends, she enjoys shopping, traveling, reading, and golfing.
